In 1964, Bob Rhoads founded Rhoads Co in Roswell, New Mexico with a simple commitment: do honest work and treat every customer like a neighbor. Bob built the company on personal attention to detail and a warm handshake, earning the trust of families and businesses across Southeast New Mexico.

Bob's son Rick joined full-time in 1979 after college, bringing new energy while preserving the values his father instilled. As President, Rick has grown Rhoads Co into one of the region's most respected mechanical contractors — from residential service calls to large-scale industrial projects.

Today, Westin Rhoads continues the family legacy as the third generation, handling business development and project management. With over 50 team members and bonding capacity exceeding $25 million, Rhoads Co remains a family business at heart — just a much bigger family.
